The Carpinteria-Summerland Fire District has 34 permanent employees. Positions include Fire Chief, Battalion Chief, Captain, Engineer, Firefighter/Paramedic, Firefighter, Fire Marshal, Fire Inspector, Human Resources / Payroll Clerk, and Executive Assistant. The Board of Directors is comprised of 5 elected members.
