Doug Qualls

Doug has been a homeowner in Carpinteria since 2003 and a full-time resident since 2018.  He had a 33+ year career with the Apple Valley Fire Protection District, and held the position of Fire Chief and the last 14 years of his service.

Doug holds an associate's degree in Fire Technology and is a graduate of the National Fire Academy.  He has held many community service/board positions and enjoys serving the community in which he lives.

Doug and his wife, Lisa, each have two adult children and nine grandchildren between them.
